Terms of Use!

  1 - What is Sicilian Regime?

"SicilianRegime" is an Internet-based massive multiplayer game that allows you to play characters based on the real Maifoso's life. Please read the "The Story" and "The Manual" on how to get started.

Sicilian Regime is open to players of any age. The use of profanity and coarse language is not prohibited. Sicilian Regime also contains drug and alcohol refrences as well as some mature content. Sicilian Regime does not take any responsibility for anyone offended by such references, themes or coarse language.

2 - What do you need to play?

Sicilian Regime is completely browser-based. You do not need to download any Software. All you need in order to play the game is a standard-browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox) and an internet connection.

3- Agreement

With acccepting these terms and conditions you are entering into a formal Agreement with "MafiaCreator", the publisher of Sicilian Regime. Sicilian Regime may revise or amend this Agreement at any time, and such revision shall be effective thirty (30) days after a respective notification to you. If any such revision is unacceptable to you, you may terminate your membership within thirty (30) days following such notification.

4- Account

In order to use Sicilian Regime you will have to create a user account. Please note that it is not allowed to have more than one (1) account. Accounts may not be shared, transferred or otherwise used by more than one player.

You will be asked to choose a name ("Game Name") to identify yourself to other members and the staff. You may not select as a Game Name the name of another person, or a Game Name that is offensive or vulgar.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify Sicilian Regime of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information in the registration process, maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If Sicilian Regime has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Sicilian Regime has the right to suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of Sicilian Regime.

5 - Charges

You can play "Sicilian Regime" without any limitations for free. However, You may choose to buy additonal credits. Pricing and billing information can be found in the "Buy Credits" section on the Sicilian Regime website.

Before you attempt to buy credits for the first time please use the chance to use the free service to find out whether the game concept of Sicilian Regime is the kind of enterainment you are looking for and your computer equipment and internet connection is suitable for playing the game.

Paid fees are not refundable.

6 - Rights and Responsibilities

You understand that you have no expectation of privacy regarding the communications you make on the Service, and that all communications made by or received from you may be monitored by Sicilian Regime.

You agree not to use Sicilian Regime in any other way than originally intended including but not limited to not:

• upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation;

• interfere with or disrupt Sicilian Regime or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service; or

• attempt to gain access to any other Player's Game account or password; or

• stalk or otherwise harass another Player.

You may not use any hardware or software or not emply other means which may in any way influence or advantage your use of Sicilian Regime unless such usage is authorized by Sicilian Regime. You may not employ and method by which Sicilian Regime may be played automatically without human input.

7 - Availability and Access

Sicilian Regime reserves the right to interrupt Sicilian Regime from time to time on a regularly scheduled basis or otherwise with or without prior notice in order to perform maintenance. You agree that Sicilian Regime will not be liable for any interruption of Sicilian Regime, delay or failure to perform resulting from any cause whatsoever. You acknowledge that Sicilian Regime may be interrupted for reasons beyond the control of Sicilian Regime, and Sicilian Regime cannot guarantee that you will be able to access Sicilian Regime whenever you may wish to do so.

Sicilian Regime shall not be obligated to refund all or any portion of any fees paid by reason of any interruption of Sicilian Regime.

Sicilian Regime has the right at any time for any reason or no reason to change and/or eliminate any aspect of Sicilian Regime as it sees fit in its sole discretion.

Sicilian Regime reserves the right to restart Sicilian Regime at any time Sicilian Regime chooses in its sole discretion.

8 - Term and Termination

Sicilian Regime reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and delete your Account immediately and without notice if you breach this Agreement or wilfully infringe any third party intellectual property rights, or if Sicilian Regime is unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to Sicilian Regime, or upon game play, chat or any of your activities whatsoever which is, in Sicilian Regime sole discretion, inappropriate and/or in violation of the spirit of Sicilian Regime as described in the Game Rules.

In the event the Agreement has been terminated for such reasons you may not create another account without the expressed constent of Sicilian Regime. Fees paid will not be refunded.

Sicilian Regime may choose to terminate Sicilian Regime entirely. In this event we will notify all users at least fourty-five (45) days in advance.
